NL Persian Flashcards is a language learning application designed to help users learn Dutch words and sentences with Persian translations. Users can create flashcards, save words and sentences, listen to Dutch pronunciation, add images, organize words into categories, and practice more effectively. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles user information.
NL Persian Flashcards does not collect, copy, sell, transmit, or share personal information. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, location data, photos, messages, or any other personal data from users.
Any Dutch words, Persian translations, sentences, categories, images, notes, practice settings, statistics, or flashcard data created by the user are stored locally on the user's own device using browser/app storage. We do not have access to this information.
The app does not use an external server-side database to store user flashcards or personal content. User-created learning content remains on the device unless the user manually exports, shares, imports, or deletes it.
NL Persian Flashcards does not require special device permissions for normal use. The app is mainly used to type, save, read, listen to, and practice Dutch words and Persian translations.
If a feature such as adding an image is used, the device or browser may ask the user to choose a file or take a photo. This action is controlled by the user. The selected image is stored locally with the flashcard and is not uploaded to our servers.
The app may use the device/browser text-to-speech functionality or speech services available through the browser to read Dutch words and sentences aloud. This is used only to provide pronunciation and listening practice.
The app may include a button or link that opens Google Translate in the user's browser to help with translation. This is an external service controlled by the user. NL Persian Flashcards does not require a Google account and does not control Google Translate or its privacy practices.
User data is kept locally on the device for as long as the app data remains available. We do not keep backup copies on our servers.

The app may include export, import, or share functions. These actions are started manually by the user. Exported JSON files or shared flashcards may contain the words, translations, categories, dates, and images that the user added. We are not responsible for data that the user chooses to export or share outside the app.
NL Persian Flashcards does not knowingly collect any personal data from children. Since the app stores learning content locally and does not collect personal data, no child-related personal information is stored by us.
We may update this Privacy Policy if the app features change. The latest version will be available on the app website or hosting page.
